At RIHOAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
